Isabelle Rigal

Born in Paris. In 1984 she graduated at the Saint Luc Superior School of Art, Belgium. In 1991 she is awarded the Prize of Design “Leonardo da Vinci” and the V.I.A. Prize for French Products sponsored by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Presently she teaches design at the International Institute for Architecture and Design (I.D.E.A.) in Paris and is the first assistant lecturer to the chair of Design Management. She cooperates with several Italian, French, German, American, Japanese and Singapore furniture manufacturers, both in the areas of industrial furniture and of interior design. Her projects are characterized by a fusion of different components of the international culture, always blended with balance and harmony.
